Doodle in class again

I happened to have some free time during the class.
So I took advantage of it to do a quick 10 minutes sketch.

Doodle at work

I got a part-time job at an office in San Jose downtown.
It's well paid but a really boring job. I just sat there for a couple hours and spent 90% of time doing something else. Instead of sitting there surfing web, I brought sumi-ink and tone papers.

Below are some quick sketches that I did in 2-3 minutes with brushes and marker.

I'm searching for a good way to practice composition.
Yeah, papa bear, mama bear and baby bear are always in mind.
And yeah, shapes' values too.

Anger and Malice

 I got into so much troubles recently with friends and family. And though, I tried to calm down, but there's still some leaking incidents that managed to trigger the anger inside me. I just tried to release them.

Knight and Hope

Though I'm deep in the hole of disappointment.
But there's still strength remained inside me.
And there's hope.

"To have strength, one must know weakness, and weakness is timidity.
Timidity is to wait for something important.
To wait for something important is strength."

I know I'm not a patient person. And I know my weakness.
What is timidity? Am I confusing myself with loaf of thoughts or really confused?
Seek no answer. The answer comes when the time is right.
I hope I have enough strength and wisdom to achieve this.

I won't sleep in victory. Because victory is a gate to a new journey.

Disappointment and The Feeling of Hope

Feeling disappointed with something you've been expected for years.

 And now all just turned out like a bunch of mess. A bunch of arrogant mess. 

The hope comes in every mid night and sympathizes my pain and suffering.

With that pretty smiles, that pretty faces, though in a great distance, I felt warm and protected. 

Though it's just hope. 

But at least I have one. 

Haha, don't be depressed. Just want to create some atmosphere before showing the sketches I just did, to make the entry fit with the feeling in this sketch. 

The lady is a friend of mine. She struggles to choose one of her photos for me to draw. In the last moment, I gotta pick one myself.
